Lake Shojiko Tatego-hama (Lake side)
The scenery of Kodakifuji, said to be the best in the Fuji Five Lakes, is directly in front of you.
In the view of Mt. Fuji from Tatego-hama Beach on the north shore of Lake Shojiko, Mt. Fuji seems to be cradling in its arms Mt. Omuro in the foreground. Hence the name Kodakifuji, which means "Mt. Fuji with baby in arms." In the bracing air of the lakeshore, you can see Mt. Fuji directly in front of you.
